Alternatively, you can leave your device at any nearby mobile shop, and our representatives will pick it up and send it to our service center. Al-Bawasil Branches Locations
If you are located outside Baghdad, you have the option to drop off faulty devices at a designated center, as detailed below. These drop-off centers will coordinate the shipment of the received devices to our service center in Baghdad according to a predetermined schedule.
